About this event

St Mary's Bletchley is holding a virtual Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) and Annual Church Meeting of Parishioners (APM).

The APCM is an important occasion in the life of the church. It is a look back at what the church has achieved the past year and a look forward to plans for the future. We will be electing churchwardens, members of the PCC and other significant roles within St Mary's Bletchley.

For a person to take part in any voting you must be eligible to vote (see below) and have access to the meeting on your own device, e.g. if two people in the household are eligible to vote and both would like to take part they should sign in to the meeting on one device each.

Am I Eligible to Vote?:

The APCM is a meeting for all those on the church’s electoral roll. If you are on the electoral roll for St Mary's Bletchley you will be able to vote in any decisions to be made during the evening.

The APM is a meeting for all those on the church’s electoral roll and all those resident in the parish whose names are on the civil electoral roll of the parish. The purpose of this meeting is to elect the churchwardens. If you are on the church's electoral roll or resident in the parish you will be able to vote during this part of the evening.
